On July 3rd, 2025, we had the privilege of hosting The Honourable Jill McKnight, Member of Parliament for Delta, BC, and Canada’s Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, at Interlock Metal Roofing’s Delta Manufacturing Facility.

Federal Minister McKnight joined Mark Wenzel, President of Interlock Metal Roofing, for a tour of our manufacturing operations and a candid discussion on the real-world impact of metal tariffs on Canadian Manufacturers and Consumers across North America.

The conversation highlighted the vital role of locally made products and the economic pressure tariffs place on companies that rely on metal as a core input.

As a proud Canadian producer of premium aluminum roofing systems distributed across Canada and the United States, we appreciate every opportunity to speak up for manufacturers. A sincere thank you to Minister McKnight and her team for listening, engaging, and representing our concerns at the federal level in Ottawa.
