The Last Roof Quote: a fixed price to Never Re-Roof Again.
One visit. One written number. Rain, moss and wind wear out cedar and asphalt roofs on the coast long before most owners expect, which is why it's worth doing once.

FAQ
Straight answers before you plan your last roof
If you need anything beyond these, send us a note and we'll respond with the details you need.
Who is Interlock Metal Roofing (BC) Ltd.?
The certified Interlock® roofing contractor for British Columbia: a Canadian owned and operated BC company founded July 6, 1983, headquartered at 9969 River Way in Delta. We install the Interlock® Lifetime Roofing System, which is made in Canada by Interlock Roofing Ltd. at the same Delta address. BBB Accredited (A+) and Baeumler Approved.
Is the roof really made in Canada?
Yes. Interlock® panels are manufactured by Interlock Roofing Ltd. in Delta, BC, and installed by us, a BC company. The finished roof is made in BC and installed in BC; it never crosses a border on its way to your home.
Which parts of BC do you install in?
This site covers Sea-to-Sky and is the hub for Interlock Metal Roofing (BC) Ltd. Every other region has its own local site with that region's install record: Metro Vancouver, Surrey & South of the Fraser, North Shore, Fraser Valley, Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast, Okanagan & Shuswap, Kamloops & Thompson. Same company, same crews and warranty.
What profiles can I choose from?
Cedar Shingle, Shake, Slate, Mediterranean Tile, Standing Seam and Solid Copper. Every profile needs a minimum 3/12 roof slope. We bring samples and colours to the visit.
What does the warranty cover?
The manufacturer's Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty covers the material and its finish for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. It transfers once, to the next owner. Workmanship is covered separately by us, in writing, in your contract. Read the full terms before you sign.
How does it handle BC wind and rain?
Interlock panels lock to each other on all four sides with the fasteners concealed, and wind resistance is warranted to 193 km/h (120 mph) when installed to manufacturer specification. Aluminum absorbs no water and cannot rot, so months of coastal rain do not soften it. Valleys and gutters still collect debris, and we will tell you what to clear and how often.
Is it fire rated for wildfire areas?
Class A Fire Rated Available as a complete assembly. Under ASTM E108 a fire classification belongs to the assembly, not the panel; on our roofs Class A is achieved with two layers of GAF VersaShield® over 12 mm (15/32-inch) plywood. If your home is in a wildland-urban interface area, ask us to walk the gutters, vents and roof edges with you too.
Is it heavy? Will my framing need work?
No. Interlock panels weigh roughly 2 to 3.5 kg per square metre depending on profile, a fraction of concrete tile, which leaves the structure's capacity for snow load. We check the deck and framing at the visit and put anything that needs attention in the written quote.
How do I get a price?
Book a free visit. We measure the roof, go through profiles and colours with you, and give you a fixed price in writing. No obligation. Call (604) 210-3850 or use the quote form.
I live in a strata. Can I still get an Interlock roof?
Usually, with the strata council's approval first. Bring us in early: we can provide the product documents, colour samples and warranty terms the council will ask for before it votes.
